Our design engineers begin feasibility studies once customer requirements reach us, working in line with product needs and established standards. During this process, analyses of wall thickness and draft angles are carried out, and a preliminary draft of the mold is prepared. Based on these analyses, any necessary revisions or improvement suggestions for the product are shared with the customer.

After the preliminary draft stage is completed, the overall dimensions of the mold, cooling zones, core and mechanism systems, hydraulic solutions, and the product‑specific mold concept are presented to the customer in detail. Once customer approval is obtained, the manufacturing process begins.

Following mold approval, the design data is transferred to the CAM and CNC production units. On CNC machines, the approved data is processed with high precision. The produced parts are then subjected to dimensional and quality checks before being directed to the next production station.
